- Degree in Computer Sc/IT or related
- MCSE (at least) or CCNA/CCNP/CCIE (optional)
- Able to work under-stressed
- Good spoken (English/Malay)
- SPLA Licensing Module
- Good knowledge in Windows Server Family (2003/2008)
– ActiveDirectory / DC
– Exchange
– MSSQL
– Sharepoint
– BBS

and all other Microsoft products. Since this post is more towards a Windows Engineer.

i just finished setting up Exchange 2007 with POP, IMAP, SMTP, Outlook Anywhere, ActiveSync, and OWA to use over the Internet. just waiting to release the server… pewit!

Free SSL

today i’m stressed working with SSL. Exchange 2007 seems a bit serious about running a valid certificate inside the server. where can i find a free cert? well, found an answer at www.startcom.com. sweeet. they are giving free certificates for “valid” domains. i’m currently waiting for the owner of the domain i’m working with to send me a copy of verification code (why la u so late!). i might be running a valid cert for my own domain (enemies.org) and maybe in future (when i have the time), this website will be running with SSL.

my good friend Aneem is getting engage. it seems that everyone around my age is settling down. it’s about time, right? might be posting some photos of the event.

Working With A Retard Colleague

A friend of mine asked an opinion for his/her problem. Maybe we can help him/her to solve this issue. Any suggestion either good or bad are most welcome in the comment area..

Problem

For the past few years I have had to work fairly extensively with a colleague who is just impossible. He is arrogant, stubborn, sometimes abusive, and acts like he is right about almost everything.  At first I tried to ignore it, but it just gotten worse. It’s so bad, I feel like every night when I go home, all I think about is how miserable this person is. It is also affecting people around us, since we all spend so much time talking about this person.

How do I deal with this situation?
