What the hell? Is this the way a “democratic” country supposed to be?
C:\>nslookup malaysia-today.net

Easy as that! TM set this in the nameserver which Streamyx users need to connect to the internet. So whoever went to the website using Streamyx or any TM’s package, the nameserver will redirect it back to their own PC. Haihz. Aren’t we supposed to be free to talk about anything, including the government? Well, doesn’t seems that way. Freedom to speak MY ASS!
Anyway, the website is still accessible via other ISP in Malaysia. And for TM users (Streamyx), you can access through this url, http://mt.harapanmalaysia.com/2008/. I can bet later other sites will be blocked, like they blocked our minds and human rights.
WTF is the management of Malaysia is trying to prove !??!?!

Never translate IT terms to the Malay Language. Why Mahathir insist on using English for math and science. Because global uses the language as information’s and / or technology language at this moment. How danger it is if we’re trying to use in Bahasa, especially in school. See example below..
- hardware = barangkeras
- software = baranglembut
- joystick = batang gembira
- plug and play = cucuk dan main
- port = lubang
- server = pelayan
- client = pelanggan
ENGLISH:
That server gives a plug and play service to the clients using either
hardware or software
joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client.
TRANSLATION TO MALAY:
Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main dengan menggunakan
batang gembira jenis keras atau lembut.Batang gembira itu dimasukkan
ke dalam lubang pelanggan.

Found someone that wrote about some part of my previous life on the internet. Haha. It’s been joyfull being with them.
Well, some of you might know me on IRC. Late 1998 I was on Undernet IRC server. Channel I’m sexually active was #begedil. Well, that’s my own channel. Familiar nicks like n0tangel, dek^na, siyut, cekodok^, langsu|r, eborg^, tikuih, akeys, ND… and the others which I can’t remember their nicks but I do remember their real names such as apai, ide, wala, apek and many others! we are such a family back in the old days. Some are still in touch, the others, gone missing. Married, engaged and busy with life I guess. Missed you guys a lot. If there’s any chance for us to meet up and have a small gathering, that would be nice. Let me know if you guys are interested.
Some of you might know me from #mylinux. That’s my school right after finish highschool. Learnt a lot from them. Thanks a bunch guys. What you teach, made me the man I am today.
And for today, I am managing a fishing forum under the name of KakiPancing.Net. My basic concept still remains the same, a big family. And currently holds a ranking #12 in the world’s famous fishing forum and 2nd in Malaysia. I started fishing in late 2005 and it’s quite recent for me. At least I don’t go “merempit” and wasting my time.
Anyway, thanks dek^na for reminding me on the old days. I’ve added your blog in my blogroll and thanks for linking me which I didn’t know since when.
Cheers!
